Ooooh... the Draugr! Remember them? I bet you do (or I hope you do). Apparently AF doesn't qualify as a hero, if our hooded friends story is true. Or perhaps there are new draugr? Oooh, so many questions!

And yes, I'm sure today's strip will just make frequent-commenter leyna like Brinda even less, although it's possible Brinda is merely stating the truth.

And just who are the mysterious men in hoods? All in due time my friends, all in due time!

I'll be honest: I had thought the 'hoodies' might be the Draugr...still do, a little bit - I mean, after Merlin took over and built the wall, he didn't really need an offensive army, did he?

"Trusted are the wounds of a friend" Brinda's comment is harsh, but true. Faerie is a fighter, and DID kill a few Draugr, but she's not a hero. (Or an Elf Champion for that matter) The Hoodie guys? They're druids. Possibly led by Mika.

It's a simple fact that heros do not kick Santa in the bells. AF is badass and awesome, but not a hero.

haha!!!! AF, I couldn't have said it better myself...lol

and if I may misquote:

"Because she's not a hero. She's an outspoken guardian, a negligent protector...an Angry Faerie."

@Jrade- I'll go out on the limb and tell you the hooded guys aren't the draugr. Where are the Draugr? Time will tell.

@White Owl - the hooded guys will be revealed in due time. As noted above, they aren't the Draugr though. And while it's true AF did defeat *some* Draugr, the real question is: how many did she actually defeat?

@RevLina - AF is definitely a badass, and she is, at times, heroic. Is that enough to classify her as a "hero"? Perhaps not.

@leyna - she's Batman :P and I somehow suspected you'd approve of AF's reproach of Brinda. Even if Brinda is probably close to the truth on this one.
