Everyone always talks about the "eye for an eye" part of the quote. Probably because it's more visually interesting. The part about the "tooth for a tooth" just doesn't have the same punch.

Anyway, I think The Queen of the Elves has made it pretty clear about why she thinks Angelique is a bitch, and it's hard to argue with her. Somehow I don't think their issues will be resolved by a cup of tea and a friendly chat.

I dunno, tooth for a tooth seems to apply quite well in a bar brawl when a guy gets his tooth knocked out. And yeah, still not sure why this queen is so defensive of her son, probably just the whole royal family thing, you may not necessarily like them, but if someone messes with them, its like they're messing with you.

This needs to be settled in a cage match! Queenie wins, she takes an eye, Angelique wins, she gets her 'innocent' verdict!

@Thisguy - I dunno, I think Mika's mom actually does care about Mika. Sure, she may want to use him as a pawn from time to time, but that just means she's manipulative, not heartless.

@Pixie - I guess that means in a week or two, the comic will only be available as a PPV! I'm not sure what the undercard will be though...

@leyna - I think everyone wants a winning lottery ticket. I know I do.

I think she is so defensive for Mika is something like I read in a book. The person in the Job or duty in the book was male, yet he didnt pass the duty to his son but to his dauter, and the dauter passed it down to her son, the he passed it to his daughter, ect. So is the elven royalty deal work like that or is it just a Queendom, not Monarky.
