A little break in the story for today's Halloween pic.

I would like to blame Pixie LaFurious (creator of the excellent CONIES) for getting me hooked on Cartoon Network's ADVENTURE TIME. I figure if Angry Faerie were going to dress up for halloween, she'd want to go as Marceline, Adventure Time's resident vampire.

Plus, I'm trying to get a bit of a buffer built up for November. I'll be participating in National Novel Writing Month for the fifth year, so getting AF done and completing NaNoWriMo will be a challenge, so... wish me luck :)

Back to the story on Wednesday!

@WhiteOwl - hmm.. I suppose Rok could work as Jake. Maybe next halloween :)

@Pixie - Glad you liked it :) She does make a good Marceline. I suppose if I ever get really stuck for an idea, I could do an AF meets Marceline page...

Oooh, nice. Nice indeed. Been watching a bit of Adventure Time when I can.

And don't push yourself to much with the updates. I mean sure would love it if you kept it up with Angry Fairy as well as you being able to keep on top of the NaNoWriMo, but also can imagine how much that can be along with what ever life hands you. So best of luck.

@RazorD9 - I won't kill myself, but I refuse to miss an update. Right now I'm about 2 weeks ahead on AF material, the majority has been scanned but still needs to be lettered & toned. Other pages are still in the pencil/ink stage. Fortunately I've found I can get that sort of thing done on lunch breaks at work. That leaves evenings/weekends to keep up my word count for NaNoWriMo.

@BOO! - did you vote? I didn't think unregistered nicknames could vote.
