Oh come on... Thor was bound to use his god abilities eventually. No one could be SHOCKED about that, could they? Huh? Huh? Get it?

....

....

Sorry. Anyway... the Hawkaa cry is a little shout out to the old Blackhawk comics. Also, a slight tribute to an issue to Stig's Inferno by Ty Templeton, which was of course a shout in and of itself to Blackhawk.

And voila... Friday is the 300th page! WOOT WOOT!

I KNEW this was going to happen..."Wotta Revoltin' development"

Now the REAL question is this...Will this put AF on her backside, or will it charge her for more?

I miss Stigs--very cleverly written...
and wonder what AF would look like in Lady Blackhawk's attire.

Haha! Y'know, as much as I love AF (And I DO!) it's nice that she's met her match! I sense a love for the ages on the horizon!

Yes! (I've been impatiently waiting, lol) and as for White Owl's question I think it's gonna charge her up. *pun giggle*

@WhiteOwl - I think most people were expecting Thor to eventually need to use a bit more power to take AF down, but Thor seemed pretty hesitant to do it. What effect it will have on AF remains to be seen. Stig's Inferno was brilliant. if I ever do an actual AF comic compilation, I may have to steal Ty's page numbering system.

@Pixie - who doesn't love AF? However it's an anger faerie going up against a god. Not sure she really had as much of a chance as she seemed to think she did...

@BittenUsagi - I think everyone's been waiting. How Thor calling down a lightning strike changes AF & Thor's relationship (if you want to call it that) will be revealed soon enough :)

Sorry much as I like the comic, Gotta call FOUL!!!!! Her battlecry is what the Blackhawks used, circa 1948-1958 Golden Age Comic about a group of International Ex-patriot Fighter Pilots who battled the Axis and other assorted bad guys.

@DragonRider - if you read the author comments, you'll see that I did give credit to the Blackhawk comics. I had a few of the old issues... including the one that introduced the War Wheels! Hawkaaaaa indeed! :)

Taking a glove off is the last thing you want in a god fight.

@Cyberskull - I suppose that depends on what you want to happen in a god fight :)
