Oh that rascally Loki. It's just so like him to lie about a little thing like being able to get back the entire population of Bullfinch, don'tcha think?

He's such a scamp.

********************

Slowly getting things moved into place in the new digs. Lots of empty and semi-empty boxes to be broken down and moved out of the rooms, and still plenty of boxes in the garage to be brought up. A lot of my 'studio items' are already in place, though I have no idea where to put my inflatable Red Dragon head (the dragon from Jeff Smith's BONE). I like having it over the drafting table, but the ceiling is too low for that. Alas!

I am glad to see Loki is living up to his old tricks--Can you imagine the trouble if you had added Rabbit (another trickster) to this fold? Love the shading and especially the grinning skull like look in the last panel.

As for your dragon--all I can say is "First World Problems!" :D

@White Owl - Loki is definitely a trouble maker. And given Angelique being a pretty serious person all the time, I imagine Loki enjoys tweaking her quite a bit.

Once the Asgardian/Kali stuff wraps up, I plan (key word 'plan') to do a few very short stories involving other pantheons/myths/etc so maybe Coyote will show up (I believe Coyote/Rabbit stories are mostly interchangeable).

As for the dragon - thanks for the sympathy! Also, keep in mind I don't own the house. I'm living with my parents temporarily. I moved from Colorado to Mass because I have a niece and nephew that I have seen only a few times in the past 17 years, and I wanted to be closer to them before they start going off to college and that sort of thing. So my wife & I have the upstairs of the house, but it's a fairly small house. Still 'first world problems', but there's a definite lack of space for some things :P

@Spikes - is Angelique so irresistible that even Loki can't avoid trying to date her? Only time will tell, but so far I don't see it happening. I have been wrong before though...

well loki did make a pass at her already didn't he. maybe i'm overthinking things but i think loki can get everyone back or at least the two of them back but he is using the fact that she is stuck with him to increase his bargaining potential.

@Aqua - Loki hasn't really made a move on Angelique, he merely appeared a bit on the lascivious side when he was first starting to bargain with her. It wouldn't surprise me at all, however, if you were right about him trying to "renegotiate" things as he goes along.
