So Death didn't seem to see that one coming, did he (or she.. or it. Haven't really gotten into Death's gender at all)? This is what happens when you're just SO sure about how someone is going to act, and then BOOM... turns out that other person has thrown you a curve-ball.

I do comic book reviews at: http://scottreviewsstuff.tumblr.com and you should check that stuff out.

I have volumes 1 & 2 of Angry Faerie available for sale (U.S. only currently). $10.00 (which includes shipping & handling). If interested, email me at angryfaerie@rocketmail.com

See y'all on Friday.

Who wants to start the betting pool on how long until Death restores her to life just to get rid of her, or sends her to the mortal world as one of it's agents?

@Corruption - Let me know once the pool is set up, because I can probably place a pretty accurate bet :)

OK but if she calls him Daddoo, then I will know you've seen too many Animaniacs cartoons!

@White Owl - don't expect to have AF calling him Daddoo. That said, there's no such thing as seeing "too many Animaniacs cartoons". Just can't be done.

For a sec there I thought she was gonna pull a Billy and Mandy lol.
bbedlam 4th Sep 2013, 8:43 PM edit delete reply
@Spikes - I know *of* Billy & Mandy, but don't know anything about the show itself. It was on at a time when I wasn't watching much tv.

The tables have turned. Huh, wonder if A.F. has found the key to immortality?
bbedlam 4th Sep 2013, 8:47 PM edit delete reply
@RazorD9 - she did find a ring of keys behind the couch while cleaning her home. Not sure if the Immortality key was on there or not :P

in the pilot (first episode) of Billy and Mandy they win a bet against Grim, forcing him to be their best friend forever. And I mean literally forever. The bet was on the soul of Billy's pet hamster, Mr. Snuggles. They played Limbo, IN Limbo lol.

@Spikes - I think that cartoon is up on Netflix streaming, so maybe I can give it a look sometime soon.

when I think of Death, I think of Terry Pratchet novels more than these cartoons. I dont think that AF would worry that guy much at all. does seem to be a guy who is fazed easily
bbedlam 5th Sep 2013, 10:35 AM edit delete reply
@Thisguy - I never read the Terry Pratchet stuff. I tried on a few occasions, but just didn't like it. The only Pratchet I've made it all the way through is Good Omens, and I assume I enjoyed that more because it was co-written by Neil Gaiman. Maybe someday I'll give Pratchet another try.

Look at her death. She has a skull on her belt. How many people has she sent your way, or at least injured seriously (which I kind of assume he would know seeing as how close to death some of those she injured were). She's your number one fan and you honestly didn't see this coming? She tried to give you Santa for Christmas. Now that's the gift you give the person who has everything.
bbedlam 5th Sep 2013, 10:36 AM edit delete reply
Vspartan501 - AF is definitely a fan of Death's, though it may just be his look that she approves of more than .. yknow.. actually being dead. However she has done a lot for the guy, so you'd think he'd cut her a bit of slack, right?

Woot! #2 out! :D
Now you just need to ship me the front page image so I can get it up on WO... and figure out that shipping ;)
bbedlam 5th Sep 2013, 10:37 AM edit delete reply
@Hogan - yes, I was just thinking that the other day. I'll get you that image and once I get a W9 printed out, I can submit it through Ka-Blam and get my comic up on IndyPlanet. So the comic will be available to go anywhere and I won't have to figure out shipping (they should do that). The downside being that the book won't be signed. Still, I can pop into the post office in town and see about shipping costs and see if there's some kind of affordable option.
