Went to Cowtown Alternative Comix Convention here in Denver on Saturday. I sold quite a few of my new Angry Faerie mini-comics, which collect the first 24 strips into a cute little comic. My next convention appearance will be in September at Nan Desu Con, the Denver japanimation convention.

I think today's strip is the first time I've shown blood in AF.

Oh no! That giant enons VIOLENCE sign in the field was so shocking someone slipped and got ketchup all over her face. Ruining an otherwise cheerful and clearly non confrontational conversation.

The Anger Faerie, the Murder Faerie and now---The Violence Faerie? I don't remember these from my Green Fairy Book...

@tamdrin - well said!

@Ferix - if there's one thing can be said for Angry Faerie, none of the characters are ever confrontational. They're all happy, peaceful folk.

@marionette - you'll meet Brinda on wednesday. You've met the big oaf for the first & last time. The crazy bitch's identity will be revealed. And you've met the blood :)

@whiteowl - They're not in the Green Fairy Book. You may want to check the Bloody Fairy Book though.

Yeah. What happened to the last storyline? Not that I'm not loving the last panel; it kicks ass!

@Pixie - It'll be on the merchandise page :P

@Brighid - this ties in with the Murder Faerie storyline :)

definitely met you at the comix fest downtown, and just had to check it out. Absolutely love the comic so far! AF kinda reminds me of tank girl a bit too, with her squinty stare, though I think you said something about it being more Clint Eastwood-ish...

@rizzlebug - glad you like the strip. I can see AF having some Tank Girl-ish qualities, so good call on that one :) I met a lot of people at Cowtown, and I'm guessing you didn't introduce yourself as rizzlebug... were you the one I talked to about Dragonball?

D'awh, you remembered! Yep. That was me. I really see the similarities now, actually reading more than that cute little page you kindly gave me.

@Rizzlebug - I'm too clever for words sometimes. But I'm glad you're catching up with the strip and hope you'll continue to leave comments :)

She's the Cannibal faerie! Or is this a flashback?

@Magravan - no, definitely not a flashback :)

You seem to occasionally omit a face from the scrunchies...
And if this isn't Angry Fairy, is this what happened to the second scrunchie (seen in the flashback panel a few strips ago) She wore as L'il AF?

@Anahuyu - usually if there is no expression on the scrunchy it's because the scrunchy is too small in the pic to be drawn effectively.

Or possibly I forgot to draw it in. That has happened now and again. To which I say "d'oh!" :)
